I love my instant pot. So anytime I see new recipe book to provide new ideas for meals I jump on it, especially if I get to read a free copy in exchange for an honest review, like in this case.
In the past I have acquired several instant pot cook books but this one is by far the most thorough. From the list of ingredients to the steps in cooking the author goes into great detail on how to prepare nearly anything you can imagine in this device. I can't wait to try some of the things I never thought about making in such a machine, such as desserts or even meatloaf!
