The TWU workers turned down the tentative agreement in the negotiations for a contract.
In other words...
THEY'RE HEADED BACK TO THE TABLE! And the last time that happened there was a 3 day strike.
This is a sad day for New Yorkers, because these self important jerks don't want to pay that 1.5% for medical benefits.
