Underworld: Evolution - Alexander Corvinus

Derek Jacobi will be playing the role of Alexander Corvinus. While his part in the movie isn't huge, what he has done will play an important role in the movie.

Alexander Corvinus was first mentioned in the first movie. He was the first true immortal. From him was born three sons, one lycan (William), one vampire (Marcus), one mortal. In effect all immortals can be traced back to him.

After watching what the two species were doing to eachother, Alexander felt it was best to "clean up the tracks" of the war among the immortals. Therefore he created The Cleaners to keep the world from finding any proof of their existance.
