They sent me home from work early yesterday. I clocked in over 15 hours of sleep from 2:00 in the afternoon yesterday to 7 AM this morning. I took several breaks during sleep for some soup and tea. I was totally dehydrated and the little bits to drink really helped out a lot. I'm sure that coming to work in ten degree weather didn't help at all. I'm not all there, so I would prefer to dedicate what little energy I have to work today. Thanks for stopping by!

Good, sleep is key. When I was sick recently, I ended up sleeping something like fourteen hours in a row. that's more than I get in a few days combined sometime, which isn't good. Looks like you're doing the right thing here and will be back to normal soon Bob.
