North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il died from a heart attack. He was 69 years old. His death has sent Asian markets into a frenzy as worries of destabilization of the region set in. My question, if this guy's death will trigger destabilization, what was he doing while he was alive with attacks and threats to all their neighbors and Western Powers?
