A boy deals with the challenges of being able to see dead people. 

A friend, who has great taste in literature, gave me this book during tax season. It took me too long to get this because I had been reading DUNE at the time. Look for that review in a couple months... That aside, I finally got to this book not too long ago.

Jamie Conklin has an amazing ability. He can see dead people from the time he was a small child. Don't get the wrong idea, this is nothing like the movie with Bruce Willis. Things go VERY wrong for Jamie when he uses his abilities for the right reasons. It causes a change in his life and his entire future. 

What you have above is a serious oversimplification of the story. King does his usual weaving of a great tale and the story is easy to read. It's quite a page turner and provocative. 

It was definitely fun and a fan of Stephen King would be rewarded with some Easter eggs.
