Origin: Too-too entered English in the late 1800s and is a reduplication of the adverb too. 
 

mundane \muhn-DEYN, MUHN-deyn\ adjective

2. of or relating to this world or earth as contrasted with heaven; worldly; earthly: mundane affairs.

Origin:Mundane came to English in 1400s from the Latin mundānus meaning "of or belonging to the world; earthly."

confident turtle

• When one sticks their neck out so far as to avoid double chins and exude the confidence of a turtle that comes out of its shell.

She used the confident turtle to replace duck face in photos.
