Review Tuesday: THE CLOCK (2023)

THE CLOCK
2023
A woman gives in to peer pressure about having a child.
Yes. This was another one of those friend films. She was looking for something to watch, and, at teh time, this movie had a long and weird title:

THE TALL WOMAN, THE SPIDER & THE CLOCK

Yeah, doesn't exactly roll off the tongue. However when it's listed as a psychological horror with that title it becomes far more intriguing. So we watched it.

Ella (Dianna Agron) feels pressure from her friends and family to have children because she's not getting any younger. She enrolls in a program to help her with this because, mentally, she's not into the whole idea. What happens next is a trail of psychological torture to make Ella want to become a mother.

This movie is clearly aimed at the crowd who hate the idea of having children. Oh yeah, see how society is plainly psychological warfare trying to keep women as baby making machines? This movie is more like anti-family, feminist propaganda. It's as laughable as it is transparent. You see right through the agenda and lose interest pretty quickly.

We agreed that this wasn't fun, scary, or even worth watching. I would recommend passing on this.
