A security android hacks his own control unit, essentially freeing himself, but goes on to perform an exceptional job for his clients. 

During the summer of 2025 the ten episode series MURDERBOT came out on APPLE PLUS. I didn't know anything about it until the end of 2025 when my BFF asked if I wanted to binge the series with her. With a name like MURDERBOT, how can I say no? 

 

Okay, to start, SecBoy gives himself the name Murderbot within the first five minutes of the series after hacking his governor. Played expertly by Alexander Skarsgard, And season one of this show is an action packed, fun, sci-fi adventure. I don't want toi say much more than that because this show is totally worth your time to watch. Now I need to get my hands on the books that the series is based on.
