A company risk-assessor is sent in to determine whether an artificial person is too dangerous to live. 

This is another movie that I hadn't heard of that my BFF decided to watch on movie night. Some sci-fi horror? Why not? 

 

Anya Taylor-Joy plays Morgan, a creation by a team of scientists. She has an error and attacks a member of the team. AS a result Lee Weathers (Kate Mara) is a corporate risk assessor sent in to determine whether or not this project remains viable and if Morgan needs to be destroyed. 

 

In some ways the movie is very entertaining in the way Morgan is shown and the character is developed. What isn't so clever is how the ending is pretty predictable about half way in. It's still fun to watch all of the naivety. 

 

I'll call it solidly OKAY.
