A soldier has to die and relive the same day over and over until they achieve victory.  

I don't like Tom Cruise. He comes off as a maniac in interviews for years. His movies are good, but I can't justify supporting the work of this guy. So recently my BFF wanted to watch some sci-fi and decided on this film. Okay, I hear Tom Cruise dies over and over again in it, so it seemed promising. 

 

Tom Cruise is Major Cage. He's more involved in military public relations than actual grunt work. Regardless, the general sends him off to the front line for an upcoming major assault on the alien enemy. During the battle a weirder looking alien dies and spills its blood all over Cage. Next thing he knows, he's reliving and dying the same day over and over. 

 

So yeah. This movie is pretty fun watching Tom Cruise get killed over and over again! Highly recommend it!
