A tire goes on a murder spree. 

For years I have been aware of the 2010 horror/comedy RUBBER. One time my BFF asked if there was any movie that I was interested in seeing and I named this one! 

 

So here it is. A tire is sentient. People pay to watch it go about its day. One day, it realizes it has destructive psychic abilities and goes on a murder spree. 

 

The movie was ridiculous, but fun and keeps your interest. I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. It, by far, exceeded all expectations. The strangest detail is that it's harder to find than you would expect and no one has it for free?!?! If you do track it down, I recommend it.

conspicuous consumer

• someone who purchases at locations for an underlying purpose of being seen. Buying the label not the look. Someone who walks around with a Starbucks cup; Someone wearing a shirt with a very obvious logo (i.e.: ENYCE)

Mark is such a conspicuous consumer, look at his shirt.

Don't ever underestimate experience

A ship engine failed and no one could fix it, so they brought in a guy with 40 years experience.

 
He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom.

 
After looking things over, the guy reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer.

 
He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine burst back into life.

 
The engine was fixed!

no-motion 

1. A promotion without a raise or bonus.
2. During the recession of 2009, employers have embarked on a new trend of giving promotions to employees (e.g. by adding more responsibility to their current position or new job title) but not giving the employee any monetary compensation for it (e.g. no raise, no bonus).
