It's still friggin cold!

New York has been under the deep freeze now for more than a week. Today my wife is visiting her friend after work, so she needed my car to go there. Funny, I'm pretty sure her brand new Mustang can make it to Astoria and back without a hitch., but I digress...
So I didn't have my car this morning. I think it was about 5 degrees fahrenheit when I left the house at 6:50 am to go to work. I bundled up and didn't overheat on the 15 minute walk to the bus stop on Hempstead Tpke and New Hyde Park Road.

It took over 2 hours to get into work today. The F(ing) Train was all backed up and very delayed. The R Train is slow as usual, but it seemed the air conditioning was even on. The car was like a freezer box. Even now it's still cold even in my office.

Brutal.
