Why I won't go to Strokos Deli ever again

I keep having these same episodes at this place, and stop going, then go back just to have the same crap happen again.

Today I wanted a big hot sandwich for lunch. I walk into Strokos on Lexington Ave between 77th and 78th Streets. I ordered "a hot roast beef sandwich with brown gravy, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, and horseradish on a seeded roll." As I ordered it the guy rolled his eyes and walked away. I thought he heard me and I followed him to finish up my order.

What I got: hot roast beef, lettuce, tomato, on a roll. Not exactly what I ordered. Now if this happened once in all the time I've been to this place, I can slate it at simple mistake. But everytime I go to this place they ignore my order and make what they like.

Fine.

I'll go elsewhere.
