AMEX BS

I got in my American Express statement. I was a little surprised as I don't recall using it this month. I check through the stack of pages. I got a "settlement" from a class action suit against AMEX of twenty eight cents. 28!?!?!?! WTF? It cost them more to mail me a notice that I now have a 28 cent credit. Waste.
