Gwen on the front page AGAIN

On the front page of today's NY Metro they have a very important notice regarding Gwen Stefani. So you turn to page 11 for the article and they say that the tabloids speculate that she's gotten breast implants, going from a Double A cup to a C.

I love looking at Gwen, but why are they so obsessed with her breasts? They're cute, but not C's. She was just on SNL and was small as usual. When do they think she did this? And why do the pics always look like a padded bra?
