Here comes the rain

After days and days of heat and high humidity I noticed something in the wind last night. A cool and comfortable breeze. Cloud cover. Something was brewing.

This morning I get onto the train and sat reading the morning paper. About 5 minutes later I notice the windows are all wet. The gloomy sky finally opened up. It's been raining for more than an hour. I hope this drives down the humidity and cools things down a little. The Big Apple has been baking.
