Weather

This is just baffling to me. Just over two weeks ago my wife and I departed from New York for the Bahamas. It was really chilly back then. We even had to wear fairly light jackets so that we wouldn't be too chilly before the flight. The weather in the Bahamas was brutally hot under the sun, and now that we're back in NY, it's like a continuation. There's no end in sight either. What happened to the Spring?
