It's been a week and a half since I got the new car. I've been doing research and putting little personal touches on the car. Some of the stupid things I've done are: replaced the front bulbs and headlights, license plate frames, valve caps, detailed the engine compartment, steel pedals, etc.
But the most important thing, mileage. I put gas in for the first time yesterday. I wanted to wait for the "50 Mile Warning" light to go on, but it seemed like it never would. So at nearly 300 miles I put in gas, and it seems to be getting about 26 mpg, provided the dealer handed the car over to me with a full tank. Assuming. Who knows? I'm guessing it's probably doing better than that even, and when it cools down and I don't have to use the a/c it'll do even better. Awesome!
