I didn't beleive it till I tried it, but it actually does what it says! Apprently it uses binaural beats masked by waterfall sounds to induce brain-wave sleep patterns, but at an accelerated pace, so you feel like you've had 3 hours of sleep in just 20 minutes. You have to try to se just how powerful it is. Pretty incredible, and for less than $10 bucks, can't beat the price.
