Filter + STP = ???

Richard Patrick of Filter and the De Leo Bros. of Stone Temple Pilots are in the formative steps of working together. The question is, what will it sound like, and what will they call themselves? Afterall, Richard IS Filter, and the DeLeo's aren't really STP.

In addition a new FILTER album was due out earlier this spring and there's no word on what happened to that.

We'll have to stay tuned and see where this leads, if it even leads anywhere at all.
