Provided by the compucert I think I've seen ANIMAL HOUSE on TV about a dozen times, but I wanted to really see it. See it in all it's uncut and filthy glory. I rented it, FINALLY!
There's a lot of dirty jokes and scenes that I missed that were pretty funny. But in all, it's the same lowbrow humor, only much more of it.
The movie is funny, no doubt about it. Is it great? Really, no. Kinda stupid. No concept of time over the course of the film. It takes place over an entire semester, maybe even a year and it feels like a week or two.
Now that I've seen this in all it's glory, my curiosity is satisfied. I laughed. It did it's job. But it's not going to be in my top five fav films of all time.
