Katrina: One week later

It's been a week since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast. New Orleans is STILL 60% under water. The water has become toxic with the e coli levels over a thousand times what is considered acceptable. How is any level really acceptable?

FEMA really dropped the ball on this. Now we get to see the blame game. I wonder who's getting fired over this debacle?
