It's that time of year for the old car to get inspected. In the last couple years I've done a ton of work on the thing to make it run perfectly. The emission limits defined by NYS for the car are as follows:

HC: 220, CO: 1.20

The results of the emissions test on the car:

HC: 98, CO: 0.04
