Turtle Law

There's a lot of questions out there and misinformation about the legality of turtle hatchlings. This site has some great information:

So for the brain trusts out there, turtle hatchlings aren't illegal because they are for more toxic than adults. It was to curtail salmanella in children that might stick a baby turtle in their mouth. I've heard people say "the hatchlings are poisonous" and for someone with animal training, that is an incredibly ignorant comment. Read a book!
