Catwoman: Progress pt 8

Lot's of progress and some bad news since the last update.


PROGRESS:

• The holes have been drilled into the base with complete success! No damage to the image. :)

• The flesh tones have been going done smooth and pale. I like to work, in this scale, from lightest to darkest with washes. Tonight I'll likely get my final coats down and start getting the shading down.

• The handle of the whip was replaced with one made from plastic strip for a more "to-scale" look. I also epoxied the tails to the whip like they show on the box art.

THE BAD NEWS:


Last night I was trying to take progress pics and my dig cam wouldn't respond. I thought it was the power supply, but if it won't work regardless of the batteries or AC adapter used, then it seems like something is horribly amiss. :(


AT ANY RATE more info will be forthcoming, as is a new Olympus 5 megapixel digital camera.
