BUILDING COLLAPSE!

BREAKING NEWS: Fire officials say an explosion and fire caused the collapse of a 3-story building on Manhattan's East Side on Monday. It was not immediately clear whether people were trapped inside. Black smoke rose high above the building, located between Park and Madison avenues.
