November 17th was the BPMS meeting. These are some pics that Gordon took of my Gray Alien.

ADDENDUM:
I realized that I gave no info on this at all!
Kit: Gray Alien statue by Bowen Designs.
Scale not given, but assume 1/6 or maybe 1/8
Paint: Folk-Art and Tamiya.

Paint: Folk-Art and Tamiya.
Specifications: I never saw a Bowen design offered that wasn't prepainted, so when I saw this being sold as an unfinished kit I jumped on it. It's really two parts, the alien and the base. The cast is nearly perfect. It took only about 20-30 minutes of sanding to make it look perfect.
I used some duplicolor for a strong finish on the base.
I started the alien with a coat of Folk Art gray. They have so many I'm not sure which it was, but it's close to dark ghost gray. I painted in the eyes black and used a wash in certain areas on the alien. I dry brushed highlights with various shades of lighter gray I mixed. The finishing touch was Tamiya clear Blue over the black eyes, giving it a sinister blue hint and gloss that will make your spine tingle.
1.5 - 2 hours for paint-work.

I have to say that this figure is really impressive. The eyes are what stands out of the entire bust. How did you make the eyes so shiny?
