Phantom Sequel Confirmed

I'm not sure that this is a great idea, but Andrew Lloyd Webber has confirmed that he will finally write the sequel to "The Phantom of the Opera." It is believed that the sequel will be based on the work, "The Phantom of Manhattan" by Frederick Forsyth in which the Phantom becomes an opera entrepreneur and Christine is a diva in the early 1900's.

I have serious reservations about this. Kinda seems dopey that these two will cross paths across the ocean. But if it can be pulled off, I'd like to see it.
