Blackbird flies into stores.

Alter Bridge’s sophomore album Blackbird is in stores now. Blackbird is the follow up to the bands 2004 gold album One Day Remains. Out of the chaos, tumult, and uncertainty, Blackbird, was born. “We’re very excited about beginning this chapter in our lives and careers,” comments Mark Tremonti. With no label looking over the band’s shoulder, Alter Bridge were able to make the album they wanted and needed to make. The recording process began February 2007 in Nashville with acclaimed producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette. While recording the album the band became whole with the full integration of singer Myles Kennedy. Utilizing all the talent of the band, Alter Bridge have taken a step forward musically on their new release, Blackbird.
