As shocking as it sounds, Miley Cyrus seems to be the biggest star in this country at this time. Her new movie grossed more than 2x what the #2 movie, the new effort from Jessica Alba, The Eye, over the weekend. I suppose this goes to show that cinema is a vast wasteland of crap this time of year and people are desperate to see anything that's good for the family.

Sad but true. Any man close to retirement age who would BOAST about seeing that movie deserves a series of elbows to the head.
