These are pics we took on the beach in Barbados. We noticed a fuss in the water and went to have a look. There was a hatchling trying to battle the harsh waves to head out to deeper water. When these pics were taken the little guy was terribly weak. The sad fact is that one in one thousand turtle eggs yields an adult that can reproduce. This appears to be a hawksbill sea turtle still with his egg tooth.

Wow, you guys are so lucky! You have to give these little guys credit. They can inspire us humans when times get tough.
