My FiOS went down

For the first time in nearly two years my Verizon FiOs went down last night. Either the power plug burned out or the router / modem burned out; but it's down. I called Verizon last night and they are shipping me a new router which will be in my grubby hands tomorrow night. Pretty good service. I need this so I can work from home.
