How does someone get away with this?

This guy added some extra text to the classic book, renames it PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES and he gets to make money from it. It also got some interesting reviews. I read he's considering WAR AND PEACE next. Why didn't I think of making money off of someone else's work? That's right, Puff Daddy cornered that market!
