This has been a good week for my good friend the outdoor gas grill. We have done some great things this week, and I will share our feats with you all:
- Monday: Pork Chops seasoned with jerk sauce and corn on the cob.
- Tuesday: Blackened Flounder with asparagas
- Wednesday: Black Angus steaks (bbq sauced) and corn on the cob.
- Tonight: Beef shish-ka-bob with, who knows? But it'll be good.
We've been playing around with some bbq sauces that the author Lisa Andel sent my way. The stuff smells and taste great!
