Why was one of the United States’s four-man bobsled teams disqualified at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway?
- The runners on the team’s bobsled were too warm—they exceeded the allowable temperature by 0.9 degrees Celsius. It was the first such disqualification in Olympic history.
