Iwrestledabearonce (commonly abbreviated IWABO) is an American avant-garde metal band from Shreveport, Louisiana, formed in 2007. Their musical style is considered due of their use of frequent genre changes within songs, including jazz, swing, and electronica, but primarily metalcore influenced.

The band is currently tearing up the road with August Burns Red, Enter Shikari & All Shall Perish.
