Ricky Martin is no longer denying the rumors: He's gay. In a statement posted via Twitter in both Spanish and English, Martin said: "I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am."

Yeah, he fought the rumors TOO hard. Like when Nixon stated he was not a crook, it make people thinkg he WAS.
This was almost as surprising as when they found out George Michael was gay. My mom was bummed about that, and my wife was (jokingly) heartbroken about Ricky. Seriously, who didn't see either of those coming, haha? "Not that there's anything wrong with it."(had to quote Seinfeld there)
