Zoo Seven's front man, Del Currie, recently stopped by San Diego's FM94.9 Local Show with DJ Tim Pyles to speak on the band's recently released debut album, Lifesaver. Currie also mentions his former Fono band mate, Andy Ridley, who offered some help when it came to recording drums for Lifesaver.
Zoo Seven's Lifesaver has received rave reviews from SD Dialed In: "The finished record, Lifesaver, is full of soaring melodies and hooks that are memorable and make this collection of music a well developed comprehensive package."
The album has also received 5 out of 5 stars from www.LouderThanTheMusic.com:: "We find sinuous guitar parts, hook-laden melodies, enormous drums (courtesy of Fono aficionado Andy Ridley) and, best of all, stratospheric, widescreen chorus after stratospheric, widescreen chorus. This is music to get epic to, music to soundtrack the key moments in films and TV shows, music to play during life-changing events. In short, this is serious stuff."
Stop by Zoo Seven's official website to listen to the complete interview and to download your free copy of Lifesaver for a limited time!
