REVIEW: On CD, IRON MAIDEN - The Final Frontier

The Final FrontierOUT TODAY!
BRAND NEW IRON MAIDEN!

Are you ready for a record that will kick your ass? Heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN has put out an album of all new work and it ROCKS! From the moment it starts, you're pulled in. It starts off with an industrial sound like nothing you would attach to the band. Then it goes right into the rocking sound you would expect from Iron Maiden.

Here's the track listing:
1. Satellite 15 ..The Final Frontier
2. El Dorado
3. Mother Of Mercy
4. Coming Home Listen
5. The Alchemist
6. Isle Of Avalon
7. Starblind
8. The Talisman
9. The Man Who would Be King
10. When The Wild Wind Blows
There are new sounds and feels, and there are more traditional Iron Maiden tracks as well. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this album for the long time fan, or for those who are curious. There's something in there for everyone!

I hope it's better than "Brave New World".

I might actually have to make a run to the store to acquire the ONLY album I've actually PURCHASED in over 10 years for this one.

Hmmm. So far El Dorado, Coming Home, and Isle Of Avalon are sticking out as the better songs on this album, but some Maiden has to grow on ya...especially the "9 minuters", lol !

At first I was surprised that there were only 10 tracks on the record, but then I saw how long they were.

Indeed. I stick by my PREVIOUS comment.

Tracks 2, 4, & 6 are the best, but NONE suck. For God's sake...IT'S IRON MAIDEN !

I agree. I think they did a really good job on this. Impressive!
