Banners and infringement

If you are a regular to BAXOJAYZ-CENTRICITY you may have noticed something different around here. My title banner was forcibly removed due to potential copyright infringement. What / whose copyright, I was given no detail of. I hope no one is trying to say that THEY own the stage name, Baxojayz, that I've been using since the mid 1980s. However, I wonder if Chaos Comics (now defunct) is laying claim on the psychotic happy face I painted up? At any rate I'm fighting it. If I don't have back my normal title banner soon, I should have SOMETHING. Maybe I'll just move on to a new template. Stay tuned.
