Review Tuesday: The Bormann Testament by Jack Higgins

Up through the 80s the world was still afraid of a Nazi resurgence. With the Cold War at it's height, tensions and suspicions were running wild. In The Bormann Testament, by Jack Higgins, we take a look into the clandestine world of Special Agent Paul Chavasse on a mission to simply get ahold of a memoir written by Hitler's private secretary Martin Bormann.

What seems like a routine, almost simple task, for Chavasse to bring home the Bormann Testament turns into a thrilling adventure with fast twists and turns.

This really is a very easy book to read, but it's so fast paced that you're drawn in and forced to keep turning those pages. A fun read with evil villains, tough good guys and even a lovely skirt to make our hero wonder about his future as a spy.

A well written book that will hold your attention straight to the surprise ending. You can probably nab a copy in a second hand store or eBay very cheap. I suggest you do so.
