With the New York Safe Act, your state has modified its law to prohibit online sales of ammunition directly to consumers. As of January 15, 2014, all ammunition sales must be conducted through an in-state licensed dealer who is tasked with maintaining certain records. All ammunition sales must occur via a face-to-face transaction in the state of New York. Since we do not have a retail presence in NY, we will no longer be selling ammunition to your State.
