SINGER KATELYN MACS DEBUT SINGLE FT WAKA FLOCKA

Recording artist Katelyn Macs is set to light up the music scene on fire with her newest single entltled, “Light It Up” featuring rap superstar Waka Flocka. The song blends a little bit of old school and new school with Katelyn’s smooth vocals blending seamlessly with Waka Flocka’s rhymes. Katelyn Macs was born and raised in Austin, Texas and has been involved in music from an early age. Growing up in a hub of music and creativity like Austin, Katelyn honed her talents by doing musicals, being involved in church choir in elementary school, and performing in her middle school talent shows. From there Katelyn started posting covers of popular songs on Instagram and the rest is history. Katelyn’s musical influences include Alicia Keys, Brandy, Adele and Amy Winehouse. When asked about her career trajectory, Katelyn says, “I want to continue to make music and better my craft. It’s exciting to take my music to a new level”. Katelyn is currently signed to Ironwood Music Group and is working exclusively with famed producer and manager Courtney Benson.
