Review Tuesday: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales [2017]

Pirates of the Caribbean:
Dead Men Tell No Tales
A down-and-out Jack Sparrow is forced to embark on an adventure when an old nemesis comes looking for revenge.
It's been six years since the last Pirates of the Caribbean movie hit screens. While that chapter in the series didn't set records, it still did better than some of the other franchises that Disney tried to launch in the meantime. So, we're back with this series.

What did the first three installments have that the fourth one didn't? Why didn't people go to see number 4? After the original trilogy, the team broke up. Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley both had had enough. So how did Disney hope to get the fans buying tickets? Introduce the next generation!

You have Barbossa and Sparrow, as usual, then you have Salazar hunting them down, then it gets sexy with the Carina (Barbossa's daughter) and Henry (son of Elizabeth and Will).

It turned out to be a very well thought out movie, great special effects, fun plot, and thoroughly entertaining. I was shocked with how watchable and likable it turned out to be. A swashbuckling good time!
