1. to grin or laugh coarsely or mockingly.
2. to mock or deride.
3. a fleering look; a jeer or gibe.
Fleer originally comes from the Norwegian word flire meaning "a grin."
CPT
- Colored People Time. An implication that black people are on their own schedule and that's why they're always late. A variation would be GPT for Greek People Time, as they are always late as well.
I can't believe Laquisha was half an hour late for a job interview.
