Review Tuesday: Zombieland: Double Tap

Zombieland: Double Tap [Blu-ray]

Zombieland:
Double Tap
The further adventures of our survivors.
Unlike many people, I thought the original ZOMBIELAND was mediocre at best. Wasn't very funny. Wasn't very clever. Bill Murray was doing Bill Murray things. Woody was being Woody. Yawn. So when I heard there was a sequel, I yawned some more. However, it was the inflight movie for a recent vacation so I watched it.

The survivors move into the Whitehouse and find themselves bored in a post-zombie apocalypse world. So they split up, and, predictibly, end up looking for eachother once again.

This movie is just more of the same uninspired zombie hi-jinks like the original. Some new, even LESS likable characters are introduced. And it was mildly entertaining at best. It didn't make me want to jump out of the window, at least.
