Review Tuesday: Stephen King's N.

Stephen King's
N.
A therapist's descent into madness after trying to help a patient.
Knowing that I enjoy horror, my friend Meteor Echo (who happens to be a very talented artist; check out her work and buy some prints and/or get a commission!) recommended this short video based on the Stephen King novella N. It's actually 25 one-minute episodes combined into one 28 minute clip.

In 28 minutes you are delved into a world of horror and suspense through the experiences of a man suffering from severe and debilitating obsessive compulsive disorder.

Or is he?

Could he really be saving the world with his compulsions, or are these the classic symptoms of the disorder? Watch and draw your own conclusions!

The story is compelling, suspenseful, and haunting. What this animation creates in under a half hour most horror movies are never able to create successfully. This is an outstanding example of how a short story or short film can impact the the viewer profoundly. I watched this well over a week ago (and I know I am late to this party to start with) but have been OBSESSED with it ever since. I highly recommend this video that you can watch for FREE!
