The Perfect Host
A violent bank robber chooses the wrong house to invade.
This was another selection by Mrs Bax0jayz for movie night. She said it got really good marks from viewers, so why not?

John Taylor, played by Clayne Crawford, is a career criminal who hatches a plan to help his girlfriend, Simone (Megahn Perry), get the money she needs for surgery. When everything goes south, John is forced to make alternate plans. He invades the home of Warwick Wilson (played brilliantly by David Hyde Pierce) who, at first, appears to be a mild mannered socialite. Instead, it turns out that Warwick is a schizophrenic sociopath with a taste for torture. So you think this movie is about Warwick's descent into madness as he brings John with him to his ultimate demise.

But then everything changes! And you spend the final fifteen minutes saying WTF is going on here with all the twists and turns.

While I found this movie very entertaining and provocative, I had trouble trying to ignore all the coincidences and plot-holes. All that aside, it was still fun to watch.
