Tax Season 2023

Okay, okay, okay!!!

Here's the story. Last year the firm I worked for (for nearly 30 years) shut down. But, as a parting gift I was given a large portion of the client list.

What does this all mean? I am now self-employed and I am in new waters. I have never had my own business. I have never NOT worked for someone else. This is all really new to me!

The Good: No more commute. I work when I want. No more 5:15AM wake ups!

The Bad: I never leave the house and I work until after 2 AM most nights. Day off? LOL! What's that!
